you know what's very demoralising at work here?

we're buried in work which does not allow us to do any planning of anything, and the boss keeps accepting work...

in an email, i find out we're supposed to appear somewhere on 19th Jan 2008.. now, how does one plan anything if things like that keep appearing? Neutral
